Yoga Lemonade Recipe

Sweet, tangy, spicy and so easy, this metabolism boosting drink makes a refreshing drink or cocktail base!

ingredients:

(serves 2)

1 large lemon

cayenne pepper powder (to taste)

fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced

organic liquid stevia drops (or honey)

filtered water


method:

in a large mason jar with a lid, squeeze the juice from the lemon then slice into thin strips and place the jar. Add the sliced fresh ginger and a hearty dash or two of cayenne powder to taste. Add 10 drops stevia or 1 tablespoon of honey (knowing you can always adjust for more sweetness later). Fill the jar with water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Taste for spice and sweetness and adjust to your liking. Serve over ice or with spirit of choice!
