About Yoga Lemonade
Welcome to Yoga Lemonade! The concept of Yoga Lemonade is centered around resilience, community, a healthy lifestyle, and functional fitness. We believe that these pillars are important in order to be happy, strong, and confident in your body and in your mind. We also REALLY believe that community and 1:1 support is important, so we are here to personally connect you and act as your "sherpa" on this journey, no matter how uphill the climb may seem.
Yoga Lemonade classes are offered "live" online via Zoom 10 times a week. Classes are interactive and fun as well as designed to help you grow. We offer modifications and 3 different class types to meet you where you are. Your $25 monthly membership allows you unlimited access to live online classes plus the recordings, access to our members community, a monthly workshop (cooking class, wellness topic, pop-up yoga class, etc.). Classes are capped at 25 participants so we can actually see you and provide direct support and feedback, even while you're at home!
Yoga Lemonade is affordable on purpose. We believe you will get so much from this program through convenience, community, and access to a teacher who knows your name and is invested in you. In a world where many people are now both busy as well as hesitant to go to a live studio, we want to offer yoga and encouragement straight to you. If you are looking for people with perfect bodies doing perfect poses in perfect lighting while you stay on mute this is NOT your class. If you want to feel real, connected, challenged and healthier, we think you'll love our classes.
New to Yoga? Been out of shape for a minute? Need motivation? Not sure what's your squeeze? The 12-week personalized "Lemonade Life Coach" program was designed just for you. This includes three half-hour personalized coaching sessions, an initial 1:1 in-depth assessment, and a 90-day personal wellness and accountability coach. We have helped many people with weight loss, healing injuries, reducing stress, changing lifestyle, and just getting back into the groove.
We know what it feels like to face adversity. We know what it feels like to be overwhelmed caring for others. We know what it feels like to be handed a bowl of sour lemons. We also know that a healthy body must begin with a healthier mind. No chanting or crystals in our program. Just real people, yoga, movement, encouragement, and intention.
Let's make lemonade together. 🍋
Brand new to yoga or fitness? Are you managing some injuries, arthritis, bad knees or need to go a little slower? Not sure about this whole yoga thing?
Welcome to Flow! Every class is designed to help you learn about alignment, breath, and yoga basics by progressing through a 60-minute class that links poses and exercises together in order to prioritize alignment and safety while still providing the benefits of strength, balance, and flexibility.
What people say:
"I'm 78 years old and I enjoy the detailed teaching and support here"

The original Yoga Bootcamp class! Combining yoga flow with the added challenge of weights, calisthenics, and cardio intervals, this class will get your stronger from the inside out!
The pace is quick but modifications are always offered. We want you to sweat and be challenged while staying injury-free. Yoga Bootcamp classes are done to music (we share the playlist prior to class) using 3-10 pound dumbbells. Perfect if you have trouble staying focused during a "regular" yoga class or if you're looking for fitness as well as zen.
What people say:
"Hard but I'm hooked!"
"Makes me forget about all my stress"
"I see changes in my body after just a few weeks"
You are balanced when you are both flexible and strong. This class compliments Flow and Strength by taking more time to focus on deep stretching as well as breath and relaxation. It's like a glass of wine and a hot bath at the end of your day!
We highly recommend a stretch class once a week, no matter your degree of strength or flexibility.
We will guide you to use pillows, towels, books, a belt and other items you have at home as yoga props to help you relax and find depth in supported stretches designed to increase mobility and reduce stress.
