I have always loved to connect and motivate people. I began as a national corporate trainer, became an advanced practice nurse, established a rare disease nonprofit and served as the director for over a decade, and have since helped advance clinical trials and patient advocacy for rare diseases for more than 15 years. I am RYT-200 certified and teach flow, bootcamp and stretch. I believe yoga is a profound way to find connection, and so I always say "Just show up!"


As a cardiologist, father to a daughter with a life-limiting genetic metabolic disease, and a community fitness advocate I have moved to dedicate my patient focus toward "empowered body wellness" by using the inward focus of yoga through movement and breath.  I strive to guide individuals who desire health through an "on that mat" practice which integrates movement, mindfulness, and medical wellness education so that you are ready to find and enjoy true balance and health.


I made my way to the yoga mat after a long battle with chronic stress and pain. Immediately, I connected emotionally, physically and spiritually with my body for the first time in many years. Yoga helped me increase my strength, flexibility, confidence and community. I love a challenging bootcamp workout and also enjoy the gift of a gentle flow. I am a certified integrative nutrition health coach and sales/educator for an organic nutrition company.
