Yoga Bootcamp is 60 minutes of yoga, cardio, weight-training and fun! We get our workout and our zen in one hour. This class is fast-paced and perfect for people who find it hard to focus during a slower yoga flow or who want to build strength and tone safely while still achieving the benefits of yoga through alignment and breath. It's hard to describe until you've tried it, but we think you will be hooked! Please note this class can be modified but is generally better suited for individuals without exercise restrictions.
