Stretch, relax, breathe. Take a little extra time in this class where we will stay on the floor relaxing and stretching gently the entire 45 minutes. A perfect compliment to the Strength and Flow classes. All levels welcome, especially those who say they are not flexible! We will use a foam roller as well to address myofascial release.
