Not sure you are ready for yoga bootcamp but looking to become stronger with your yoga practice? Bootcamp lite focuses on arm strength (light weights optional), core strength, leg strength (using movements such as squats and lunges), and some cardio intervals (one-minute) to increase endurance. We use yoga as the foundation and build the strength and cardio in on top of the flow. Participant limit of 25 people so we can see you via Zoom and offer direct coaching and support.
